Maxine Lange

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Maxine founded ML Consulting in 1997 as a Business Psychology Consultancy to provide a broad spectrum of talent management services to clients including coaching, career development, assessment and senior team facilitation.

Maxine’s approach reflects her own background which combines both commercial and psychological perspectives. The focus of her work and her primary interest has been upon developing and delivering innovative leadership development to senior business executives with an emphasis on obtaining a positive outcome for both the individual and the organisation.

Maxine’s core business has been coaching senior executives in a variety of sectors working with both individuals and their teams. Her approach to personal development entails the use of carefully chosen psychometric instruments, and often involves 360 degree feedback.

In recent years she has helped companies to manage their talent through executive/leadership selection and development. This has involved designing and delivering customised selection processes, including assessing candidates for executive and Board level posts, and identifying senior management potential.
